Juice Cleanse: Day 2

Two days down, one to go.

Today, I consumed five of my juices, plus a piece of toast w/ peanut butter pre-workout and a salad from Whole Foods (veggies, chicken, beans, cous cous) post-workout.  I had to teach an hour long Pump ‘N’ Sculpt class and you can bet your bottom dollar that I wasn’t going to do any pumping or sculpting with a mere 700 calories of juice to fuel me along.  Not gonna happen.

Other than that, I stuck to the “cleanse,” so I’m pretty happy with myself.  I definitely miss my morning yogurt bowls, but, since I got to chew some real food today, I was a happy camper.

Just one more day to go!  Day three will probably look a lot like day two- mostly juice with a couple of clean snacks thrown in.  Then, after that, I’m hoping to keep my diet pretty clean for as long as possible.

Or until my roommates coerce me into going to In ‘N’ Out.

Okay, it’s late on Sunday night, and I still have shit to do, so I’m gonna go.  I’ll post a full recap of my favorite/least favorite juices + thoughts on “cleanses” + results later this week!
